FUNCTION AND ADVANTAGES
ZERMA GSP PIPE PROFILE CRUSHERS are used to break the materials that require high production capacity.
Very strong construction
The GSP series crushers have a very strong heavy-duty steel construction, especially when subjected to heavy loads.
Excellent ometr V ”Cutting Geometry
The rotor blades are designed with sahip V oloj cutting technology. Compared to standardized full-angle blades, the sağlamak V mas cutting technology provides a continuous material cutting concentration towards the center of the rotor to ensure a final volume reduction. Because the olarak V kal design has been subjected to a point-cutting shear load such as a rotor blade;
- Less motor power is required,
- Abrasion of the body of the crushing machine is prevented,
- The system works quieter,
- Dust rate decreases.
Design of special crushing chamber
In the GSH series crushers, the stator blades are mounted at an angle of 45 ° to the floor. In addition, thanks to the additional impact knife placed in the hopper, the breaking process is much easier and the breaking capacity is maximized.
Hydraulic hopper and sieve opening system
The hydraulic system is used to open and close the crushing chamber and the sieve system. The sieve is housed in an easy-to-install slide-out front, which is separate from the cutting chamber and opens hydraulically.
Heavy load series bearing design
The bearing system on which the rotor is carried is located outside the crushing chamber. Therefore, it is free from the disadvantages of crushing chamber. For example, the water that may be in the reservoir or the material formed in the crushing chamber due to the wet crushing is not affected by dust or pollution. Thus, the service life of the bearings is longer and easier to maintain.
Very strong rotor structure
The rotor structure of the GSP series heavy-duty breakers is very strong. Due to the structure and weight of the steel construction that forms the rotor and is used for the carriage of the blades, the additional inertia required for the crushing system is provided automatically. Therefore, there is no need for additional concealed weight system (flywheel) placed outside the rotor.
Facilitated Blade Adjustment
The blade adjustment is carried out completely outside the crushing machine before installation, using the blade adjustment mechanism supplied with the machine. The rotor and stator blades are made of tensile hardness steel and can be reclaimed numerous times.
Additional Impact Knife
An additional impact knife can be installed in the crushing chamber to facilitate the fracturing of the strength-resistant parts and to ease the initial load on the stator knife.
