Use without antifreeze (optionally)
The internal piping of the system has been completely rearranged. When the system is stopped in any way, the water in the chiller is manually discharged back into the tank due to gravity and atmospheric pressure. This solution is a patented system developed by FRIGEL.
Aluminum fins are protected against lime and dirt (ADIABATIC SYSTEM)
In summer, when the temperature is too high, water is sprayed on the air suction side of the ECODRYGEL units to reduce the cooling water to a certain level. In order to prevent this, a special filter system has been developed in new units. These filters prevent air from passing through the air.
Improved spraying system allows more cold water (ADIABATIC SYSTEM)
The fans take the air from below and give it upwards. There is a triangular chamber in the bottom of the aluminum fins where the air suction of the device is made. Water particles which cannot go upwards despite the air flow, do not fall directly to the ground, and turn into much smaller droplets from the recesses on the filter. Very small water particles that are re-entrained in the air flow are directed upward and an adiabatic air layer is formed between these two filters with pulverized water. Thus, water can be taken at a much closer temperature to the wet bulb temperature of the air.
Very advanced control and control system

Energy saving fans
EBM brand fans are used as standard. These fans are brushless and speed controlled for low power consumption. Thus, it consumes about 30% less energy than quieter and double speed fans. The whole construction of the device is made of stainless steel profiles and aluminum panels as well as the old units.
